Free delivery may be offered on specific promotions or above a certain purchase amount, which will be announced in advance.

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

 

 

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

 

Deliveries to remote or less-accessible locations may take extra time and could be subject to additional charges.

 

 

A tracking ID will be shared via SMS/email after dispatch.

 

Customers can track parcels directly with the courier using the provided tracking number.

 

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

While we assist where possible, such delays cannot be used as grounds for cancellation or refunds once the order is dispatched.

 

 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details.

 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-delivery will incur additional charges.

 

In such cases, delivery charges already paid are non-refundable.
